Clinical Microscopes


The M250 Series Compact Microscopes are high quality, professional microscopes for use by anyone needing the best and most versatile microscope available. The M250 is perfectly suited for use in the harshest environments. The anti-fungal coating, sealed optics, and rugged construction will assure many years of faithful performance. A mirror assembly is optional for use where electrical power is unavailable. While the M250 is lighter in weight and smaller in size to meet space considerations in field use, the optical quality is superior to any other microscopes in its class.

Head	Standard Seidentopf binocular head
Eyepiece	Widefield 10X eyepiece, rotatable, with safety lock and built-in pointer
Objectives	All optical surfaces are precisely polished and coated for the best resolution and contrast. The DIN standard objectives are parfocal, parcentered and color-coded.
Stage	Built-in graduated mechanical stage uses ball bearing mechanism and low coaxial controls. The stage is 12.5 cm x 11.5 cm in size and has an X-Y travel of 30 mm x 80 mm with a graduation of 0.1 mm.
Focus	Coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanism with safety stop
Condenser	Precentered Abbe condenser (NA 1.25) with iris diaphragm.
Illuminator	Continuous brightness intensity adjustment for built-in illumination. The sturdy metal base accommodates either the standard 6V, 20W or the optional 12V, 20W systems. An opticla grade convex mirror is also optional for use when no electrical power is available.
Electric	UL and CSA-approved electrical parts. Three wire grounded electrical cord. Available in 110V or 220V
